Awards

Throughout my career, I've focused on bridging the gap between technology, leadership, and ethical innovation, working across more than 50 countries and collaborating with NGOs, NPOs, CBOs, and both public and private sector organizations. I've received 9 international awards for my efforts in transformational leadership and innovation. Over the past 20 years, my work has involved consulting for businesses and governments, aiming to improve organisational performance and growth through effective leadership, crisis management, and process innovation.

As an academic at Swansea University and Head of the Media Innovation Lab, my research spans Digital Democracy, AI Ethics and Governance, Open Innovation in Healthcare Systems, Co-creative Digital Storytelling, Surveillance Capitalism, and using storytelling for change and advocacy. I also serve as a strategic advisor to regional creative projects, focusing on not-for-profit community initiatives and promoting media literacy and ethical technology to address inequality and fight online disinformation.

My passion for the arts, culture, and nature conservation drives my filmmaking. I've been recognised with over 40 awards for my documentaries and features advocating diversity, sustainability, co-creation and collaboration.
